St. Louis area Healtthcare for uninsured?

Has anyone used the People Health Center or South County Health department for medical care?  Are there any others that I need to look at for healthcare and lab work (I have very high cholesterol and other health issues)?  I do not have insurance and can't afford payment for the most part.

My current Doctor will no longer see me since I am uninsured and can't pay out of pocket.

I need to get another mamogram (I had a biopsy last fall).  Isn't there a charity program for uninsured women to get mamograms?  I was thinking there is.

I think the BJC mammogram van is free if you don't have insurance:

Otherwise, try St. Anthony's:

St. Anthony's might also give you a free well woman exam. Call them to find out.

More free clinics:

Dr Philip Martin on Tesson Ferry is great if you have a cold or anything.  He's an ent and doesn't take insurance.  He's only $40 a visit.  I know tons of uninsured that go to him.
