6/1 - 30 minutes digging weeds
6/2 - 65minute run/walk
6/3 - 125 minutes 65 running and 60 digging
6/4 - 85 minutes walking, weeding garden
6/6 - 65 minute solid running!
6/7 - 45 minutes lifting weights
6/7 - 90 minutes walking a possible course for the 5K I'm directing
6/8 - 30 minutes running the course 3.12!!! pretty good
6/9 - 80 minutes weeding and digging - i know my heart wasn't up - but with the way I sweated and how tired my legs were from squatting - I had to count it.
6/10 - 60 minute run
6/13 - 30 minute run
6/14 - 60 minute walk
6/15 - 170 minutes total - 110 minute run - and then garden digging/weeding
6/16 - 45 minutes running and light weights
6/17 - 30 garden work
6/18 - so far - nada
6/19 - 30 minutes digging
6/20 - 30 minute run
6/21 - 65 minutes running and 5 minute cool down
6/23 - 60 minute easy workout and jog with middle school cross country team
6/24 - 60 minute total - 45 running and 15 squats lunges and dips
6/26 - 165 total - 45 minutes squats sidekicks lunges plank etc and 2 hours weeding and sweating
6/27 - 25 minutes shoulders
6/28 - 40 minute run
6/29 - 70 minutes run and cool down stretch
6/30 - 75 minutes running and stretching with xc team
