AFM: I am 9dpo and my temp has been the same for about the past week. I think I may test tomorrow if my temp is still up. I got nauseous this morning after eating and I have this horrible pain in the left side of my back/hip. Hope it means there's a baby in there and not just more randomness.

11 DPO for me today. Resisting the urge to test and waiting to see if AF arrives by the end of the weekend! I highly doubt I'm pregnant this month (we may have missed O with our BD) and I'm okay with that but there's still a big part of me that's hoping I am :)

Hi everyone!  I'm new to this thread after being a member of the Wanting but Waiting thread for a while.  I'm Jay, 27, and my husband is 28.  We've been together for nearly eight years, and got married last summer.  We'll be conceiving our first child. 

My husband and I have decided to not try, not prevent, at least through the summer.  If we're not expecting by the fall, then we'll probably move on to actively trying with temping and/or using OPKs.  Right now, I update my chart a few days a week with CM, as well as to keep an eye on when AF is due.  It's only been a week or so since we transitioned to NTNP, but I really like this relaxed approach so far.  I have a tendency to get really obsessive about planning, and more often than not, it starts to stress me out.  I really want to avoid that while TTC as long as possible, so I'm hoping that we concieve while NTNP so I don't have to start a more aggressive approach.  We'll see how it goes. 

In the meantime, I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone and wishing the best of luck to anyone currently in the 2WW.

Good luck holding out to test!  I've always had the hardest time waiting until AF is due before testing in the past when for one reason or another I thought we'd had an oops.

Testing:  Since we're NTNP, I think I'm going to try my best not to test unless AF is actually late.  DH and I just moved from the east coast to the mid west, so I don't even have any tests around right now, and I'm going to try not to buy any unless I'm late.
Thoughts:  I'm half afraid/nervous and half hopeful/excited that I could be expecting by the end of the summer.

I'm new as well and hoping for a short stay.  I'm on CD 12, but my earliest temp rise since DD was born has been CD 23, so it could easily be a couple more weeks before I O.

I kind of dropped out of the loop there for a while! I had a very bad sinus infection, and still have sinus pain/pressure that has not gone away. My doctor ordered an MRI, which I had this morning. I think we are going to hold off TTC until I find out what is going on with that business. I hope to be back next cycle, but we'll see! Good luck everyone!

Hello everyone, I’ve been lurking about for long enough and figured I should just introduce myself.  My husband and I have been married 7 years and have finally decided that it’s time to start TTC #1.  Hopefully our families will stop bugging us now!  I’m tired of hearing that my “clock” is getting old…I’m only 26 for crying out loud!

Testing: I plan to start using OPKs tomorrow.  I’ve been charting for several years now, but I thought I’d give these a try.  Really I’m just a science nerd and like experiments J
Thoughts: This is our first try so I’m having to really work hard on not getting too anxious and excited about everything.  That’s definitely easier said than done.
