markedly different pumping output between breasts?

i went back to work today.  DD is a chunky, healthy 11 week old (90% height and weight).  Today i was able to get 3 oz. from right but only 1 from left at both pumping sessions.  At home I block feed on a 2 hr. cycle.  Should I worry that she's getting so much less on the left? Anything i can do to increase output on that side? thanks.

IMO, she probably isnt getting so much less. My left boob has always yielded 3xs the amount of my right boob. My DD has never really seemed hungry after eating off of the boob that pumps less milk. Remember that babies are the best breast pump there is, so its likely that she is getting way more than the pump is. She might have to suck harder on the right boob, but she would be crying and wanting the other one if there wasnt enough milk.
