All of a sudden the heat turned on around here and that's when my oven turns off
I was having a tough time planning out this month because I am going wheat-free. Add that to the warm weather and it takes some creative planning. I know I don't like to cook as much in hot weather especially since it heats up the kitchen so much, and since the kids want to be outside anyway it make grilling a very appealing option. For lunches the kids and I will be eating leftovers and on Sundays we'll all be having some nice, refreshing (and quick!) smoothies from whatever happens to be hanging around in the freezer. Here is our plan:
