What about cooking a pot of pasta on the grill and heating some spaghetti sauce? Or bring along pre-made pesto. (We love tinkyada brown rice pasta.)
They sell gf vegan burgers at Sunflower Market, but I haven't tried those.
Baked potatoes, of course.
oh, the rice cakes with PB&J sounds like a good idea.. everyone else would probably prefer regular bread. That would make a great snack or lunch.
I like the idea of making a pesto pasta, maybe even ahead of time, and bringing that along.
I wish I had a sunflower market here. I live in a small city, and while we have lots of veg stuff here, not a lot of gf veg comfort foods.
