Family centered/ Woman Centered/ Natural C Section

Please help!  I am looking for a hospital & OB practice that will preform a family centered c section including allowing you to hold the infant in the OR and allowing you to watch the birth of your child in Pennsylvania.  So far the closest I have found which will do this Syracuse NY.
