milk coming out of baby belly button?

im going to call dr at 9 but anyone ever have their baby spit up and have a little milk come out of their belly button? it freaked me out...

That would freak me out too! Hopefully the dr will see you today so you can find out what is going on.

yes your all right, not physically possible.  I'm very embarrassed to admit that i really thought thats what was happening but it was 6am i was only half awake and just happened to see milk either from me leaking or her spitting up collecting in her belly button and panicked.  so i guess thats new mom brain for you, still im very embarrassed! thanks for the replies though:)

LOL I do stuff like this all the time.  Sometimes my brain just about falls out and my husband just looks at me like I'm the craziest person in the world.

Well the first time I gave my sonny boy a good once over at the hospital I thought he only had one nipple! Then I noticed I was actually covering the other one with my arm.

When DS1 was born and I gave him the once over, I thought he didn't have ANY nipples and freaked out.  They were just so small and light I couldn't see them right off!  twins.gif
