Hi, all. Can anyone give me some rec's for books you turn to when you need inspiration and courage? My family is in financial crisis and I need to completely shift gears from being a SAHM to going back to work, and I'm finding myself so highly anxious throughout the day it's hard to function. I'm doing okay, but I need some inspiration and ideas and, frankly, the will to act.
I'm looking for more practical stuff, rather than spiritual stuff, at this point - more like psychology-oriented, in other words. Ways to make changes quickly, in the way I'm thinking and as a result, feeling. That kind of stuff, if it helps anyone think of any specific books that have helped you.
