community healing for tornado victims

I am trying to put together a day of community healing and fundraising for the victims of the tornados in western mass! My vision is to bring together a bunch of healing arts practitioners to offer their services for free or by donation with all donations going to the victims and communities affected by the devastation. 

I'm hoping to hold it in the springfield/west springfield area but still need to find a venue.

I am looking for healing arts practitioners who might be willing to offer their services for the day and anyone willing to volunteer their time to help. We need people to help get the word out, purchase supplies (paper plates, cups, napkins, etc), set-up, work the event, cook food, break down, deliver donations, etc. I'm also looking for donations of food to feed the people who come out and money for purchasing supplies, rental fees, etc. Live music for the event would be great too!
