Hello. I was wondering if anyone can suggest a prenatal yoga dvd that would also be good for a lower back injury. Its not a severe injury. Its mostly my SI and a mild bulging disc. I hear that yoga is good for the back and I would like to get into it early on to try to help with my back during this pregnancy. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thank you!
