We've been doing TFs for more than a year now.  I don't use vegetable or canola oils at all myself, but we have a bottle of organic canola oil that my DH uses to make mayonnaise every now and then.  He made some fish salad today with it today and I had some.  An hour later I noticed that I have brain fog (something i've struggled with for years, but MUCH less in the last year) and my face feels puffy where my sinuses are.  What do you think? Â
