Chat for adults on the autism spectrum

Hello everyone!  I thought I'd just open up a place for us to connect and chat about whatever.  I'd like to keep it supportive, Lord knows we deal with enough negativity.  But feel free to talk about serious issues, keeping a problem-solving attitude, and avoiding condemnation.

A topic of discussion that I have been thinking about lately is community support.  Do you feel you have enough support in your life?  Where do you get it (friends, family?)?  Do you think there needs to be more services for adults with autism, especially those who are more challenged?  As a parent on the spectrum, I worry that I might be missing my children's emotional needs.  I make it a point to give them attention and make them feel happy and loved, but is it enough?  Sometimes they just baffle me.  headscratch.gif  So where do you seek support and advice?
