has anyone read The Conscious Parent?

I've recently started reading The Conscious Parent by Shefali Tsabary, and was wondering if anyone else here has read it.

I'm only on the third chapter, but am really enjoying it. It seems so different than most of the other parenting books I've read.

I am interested to hear what others who have read it have to say about it.
