I haven't delivered with her but I think I'm going to! I talked to her on the phone last week and she really sounds amazing. The amount of experience in diverse situations that she lists on her website is encouraging and her beliefs are right in line with mine. She really impressed me. She seems very open and honest.

I'd be curious to hear if anyone else has delivered with her, too. Hopefully she's as wonderful as she seems.

Nannette is an awesome midwife!  My daughter was just born at home in water on 6/11/11 and Nannette was one of my midwives at my birth, she actually broke my water for me and my little princess was born 30 minutes later.  She was very "slick" at breaking my water and if it wasn't for her doing that, its hard to tell how much longer I would've labored until my water broke on it's own.  I'm very thankful to God for her and her talent as a midwife.  I totally suggest her if you're researching, interviewing and interested in homebirth with a midwife.  She knows her stuff!  She is awesome during the laboring process in helping to keep you calm and using techniques to get through your next contraction.  If my husband and I ever decide to have another baby, Lord Willing, I will definitely have Nannette there! :)
