Free Hypnobirth Audio Download!!!!!

This session is 45 minutes long and was very effective for me. :)

The download is free, and I'm assuming you will be able to put it on an iPod or MP3. I just played it on Windows Media Player, and went into hypnosis almost immediately. Here's the link for the free download! It will say "add to cart" but it is genuinely free. It will send a link to your email and then it's downloaded after the link is clicked. Hope you enjoy!

No problem! I am super glad I found it and if anyone else has any free or inexpensive hypnobirthing downloads, please share! I need more variety. Thanks!

I'm with you!

 

Are you going to take the HypnoBirthing classes?  They are pricey but I really want to...

 

I am almost finished with the book and part of me thinks I can "do" hypnobirthing on my own but... it seems like the classes are so important, and such a great experience.


What are your thoughts?

I took a few classes with my 2nd child and I just practice by myself and with my partner. If you can get a handle on it and master the "finger drop" technique, you won't need the classes.
