last week i noticed ds foreskin was a little inflamed in the morning. after a bath ii inspected more and thought it looked like he had a small blister on his foreskin. he wasn't in any pain or experiencing fever or other signs of infection, so i just have been keeping an eye on it. has this ever happened to anyone? should i take him to the dr? he is dry most of the day but i don't want him touching it and introducing any bacteria, so i have been keeping his diapered with lansinoh over it during the day and calmoseptine at night. when ever i apply anything to his foreskin he says that it tickles. by the end of each day it looks better, but with him not using the potty at night by morning it's inflamed again. advice/suggestions?
