Slow Cooker Mamas, Please Help a Newbie Out!

I'm new to the world of slow cookers.  It's going to be way too hot to use my oven tomorrow night (no AC, 92 degrees, etc), so I want to basically use my slow cooker to heat a meal for which I usually use the oven.

Can you give me any guidance as far as cooking time and settings?
I don't need an exact time (I would imagine that crockpots vary quite a bit), I just kind of want to know how long before dinnertime to start heating it.

The meal is basically a layered pasta-- like lasagna, except using rotini.  So, it'll have layers of (cooked) pasta, tomato sauce, chunks of roasted eggplant and a ricotta, parm and spinach mixture... with mozz and parm melted on the top.  All of the ingredients will be chilled when I assemble it.

I have this slow cooker, if that helps....

TIA,

I would take a guess at heat it on low for around 4 hours (since there's no meat that has to cook). Sounds yummy!

I doubt you'll even need that much time- two hours would probably get the job done - I have mad elasagna in that time in the slow cooker on high withOUT cooking the noodles first.  Just start with sauce on the bottom and make sure to cover the noodles with sauce in the layers.
