We try to eat mostly whole, unprocessed foods.  I'm currently pg with #2 and am looking for some more good, healthy recipes.  What is your favorite whole foods cookbook or website?

I like Nourished Kitchen and Cooking God's Way for more traditional foods recipes. Once a Month Mom just started a whole foods menu, and I've been getting inspiration from there for dinners to freeze for after my baby is born. The Pioneer Woman always has yummy looking recipes, and she cooks a lot with foods she has grown herself.

The Scramble cookbooks and website have changed my life! The recipes are easy, healthy and quick, and usually delicious. I highly recommend them!

I love, Love LOVE Nourishing Traditions.  Has loads of fermenting and sprouting info along with good basic info on traditional food preparations.  I adore the beverage section in particular!  I've also found that most of her lacto-ferments can be achieved dairy free by replacing the whey with the contents of one or two good probiotic capsules!  joy.gif
