Back acne, ugh.

I'm 44 and for the first time ever not only do I have acne, but I have it on my back.  It's gross and really bothering me.  Anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of it?  I did buy a long scrubby thing (a 'back strap') in hopes that exfoliating it might help.  Anything else I can use?  I like to wear my hair up off my neck when it's hot and sticky and that mess is so unsightly.

I'd like some advice too! I'm glad I found a boat-necked tankini a couple years ago that totally covers most of my back, because I just would not be comfortable otherwise. I haven't been able to find another swimsuit like that one since!

I have dealt with this before, but never had a solution. When I was pregnant, all of my skin was awesome! It stayed like that for a really long time, but I think around the time that dd weaned at 3 was when my back started getting ugly again. Yuck.
