Chart Help - Page 2

VItamin C, Zinc, and Magnesium are recommended to increase progesterone.  You would be best off looking for food sources high in those nutrients.

I've used acupuncture to help my short LP (7 days consistently) and with one month of it I'm up to 11 days so far with no AF in sight.  I tried Vitex for a couple of months and it added a day, but 8 days isn't enough either most of the time.  There's a link to my chart in my signature, it's pretty clear that this month is very different.

Yeah, I bet that you just need some  more time and possibly will need to wean or wait until he weans for things get totally back to "normal."  I've heard some women say vitex is safe to take while breastfeeding and others say it's not.  I think you'd need to research it further and come to a personal conclusion about its safety.

JMJ - thanks, I will look into foods with those nutrients to add to my diet.

hokievol - I have heard that acupuncture can be very helpful.  There is a acupuncture center that specializes in fertility nearby so I may try that if I don't have any success in the next few months.  Did you go to VT??

Jaimee - You may be right, but I hope not :(  I really don't want to have to wean to get pregnant.  I guess time will tell.
