Hi everyone,
I have a 4-month-old, and would really like to go back to Weight Watchers. Breastfeeding is NOT helping me lose weight like everyone says. I am 50 lbs overweight, and I am hungry all the time and eat to satisfy myself.

As I said, I really want to lose weight, but I am scared about losing my milk supply. It is already low, and I have to supplement my little girl with 7 ounces of formula a day. I have tried everything to increase supply. supplements, fenugreek, milk thistle, domeperidome, foods, teas, etc, etc

Does anyone have any experience with low milk supply and losing weight? Do you think it's safe to start Weight Watchers? I know they have a breastfeeding plan, but I am still worried. And I don't want to add any more formula in...I am trying to get her off of it.

Thanks for any help you can give.
