The word is compounding and it is probably bel-mar pharmacy in Lakewood, CO which is between Golden and Denver. Can you tell I am a Coloradoan? For everyone else, as to increased estrogen and all the problems it causes, what can we do if we want to have babies that come from us? I know that when we get to stims, my RE is going to put me on Letrazole (yes, it is a breast cancer drug) to lower estrogen. I was concerned about Endo flares from the increased hormones. The FDA has not officially approved it for that purpose, so it is only used in certain cases, like mine.

They ordered it from some place in Colorado that is supposed to call today (of course I have class all day so I will probably miss their call). Anyway, I told her that I bought some at the drugstore, and she told me not to take it because it is different. I thought of some of you (blue, you are taking it OTC, right?). She used a word that I never heard before, and I was driving so I couldn't write it down, and now I forget. duh. It started with a C and meant that they have to make the drug when you order it, and it is not just sitting around waiting for people to buy it. Something about stability I think she said. Anyway, I am excited to take it. Hope it isn't too expensive, and that insurance covers it.

Saphrons - I am not anywhere near MA, but I think that MBA (I think her real MDC name is mirriam_bat_aviriam, or something like that), who got preggo with IVF twins a few months ago is from MA. Could be wrong though. You could check old threads.

I forgot to say that my levels were checked prior to taking DHEA.

belly- i ache for you! i just went through it myself about two weeks ago and it stinks.  granted, you haven't had your beta yet so there is still a chance.  it's not over until the RE calls and says so!  

blue- your pup is SO CUTE.  

renavoo- hoard away! last cycle i thought i was going to need a day or two more of stims, but when i went to order they told my my copay would be the same if i got a full 10 day refill or a 1 day fill, so i went for the full refill.  get em while you can!  best case scenario is that you won't need as much as you've hoarded and you can share them with someone in need.

afm, just got a text that power is back up at the office.  THANK YOU JCP&L!!  now, it doesn't mean the nasty carpet will be gone, but at least i can have my computer back.  and lights.  and ac.  and something to do other than stare at the wall!  today was my last bcp.  i am prepared to do nothing but pee from tomorrow morning until the weekend.  i am looking for a good 5lb weight loss overnight.  at least.  husband starts doxy on sunday, and i start my stims.  who knew i'd be so excited to start all over again?

Tear, I am happy you stalk us!  Congratulations again on your little girl!   That's such a sweet stage, hopefully you have started getting some sleep again :)  I have yet to see Tangled, but I hear it is great...maybe it can be a Birthday present for "DD"!

Blue, I was going to volunteer for the Fall thread if I got a BFN tomorrow, but I am happy Renavoo snatched it up...I am taking this way worse than I normally do.  I can't believe how big Abby is getting.  What a cutie!

Renavoo, thanks for taking on the fall thread!  Your positive attitude is contagious.  I have always thought the thread keepers have extra baby dust karma :)  There is nothing wrong with stashing drugs!!!!  You wont be using any of those drugs during your FET are you?

Gelly, haven't heard from you in a while.  Hopefully your 2ww has gone better than mine!! 

AFM, too many tears today.  I really need to figure out my plan for next month (the dead month between cycles at my clinic).  I can ask if there is anyway to force ovulation from both ovaries (only have 1 tube now) and maybe do an IUI.  The other option I am considering is starting a fresh cycle right away at the other local clinic.  They run them continuously so I wouldn't have to wait...it would be $19,000 vs. $2000 for a FET at my current clinic (we have 15 frosties left - 5 blasts, 3 morulas, and 7 day3 embryos).  My only fear would be spending all that extra money and still walking away empty handed.  It would also be a serious drain on our finances...but so is doing a FET after FET.  I was also thinking maybe the next FET I could have them thaw Day 3's or morulas and have them grow to blasts before transferring...so it's more like my fresh blast transfer in 2009.  Maybe my body doesn't like recently thawed embryos, or they go into shock or something.  Also thinking about assisted hatching, not sure if that can be done during a FET?

It's hard because I have to decide what to do next month (fresh, IUI, nothing) before Day 1 because they would involve completely different drugs/protocols.  I am just not sure what the odds of me getting pregnant with an IUI when I keep transferring "great" blasts/embryos and that doesn't work.  I guess it would make me feel like at least I was doing something...

I don't know if I'm officially considered a "graduate" yet or not, but it's been a while since I've popped in (I've been lurking, cheering & praying though!).  I had my 8 week ultrasound today..our ONE healthy little bean was measuring right on target and the heartbeat was 169 (RE said they like to see 150 and up).  I'll be going to my regular OBGYN in 2 weeks.  I know I am not out of the woods yet, but this is the farthest that we have ever made it in a pregnancy, so I'm starting to get excited.

I'm so thankful for my RE, IVF, support from you gals, and a God who answers prayers.
