I watched the YouTube version and heartily recommend the BayNVC Conflict Hotline.  I really liked what they did here on parenting.

A few years ago I found a link here to a really neat article on using nvc to diffuse conflicts among young children.  I've just done a search but am not seeing it, so if you can help direct me, that would be great.

Umsami - never mind - I found the thread and it was one you posted about transforming sibling conflict into sibling commeraderie.  I was glad to see it again - I want to share it with others.

Also on that post you mentioned being on an NVC parenting forum.  Is this an open forum that I could join (assuming it still exists)?  I could use more support in my NVC parenting.

As far as I know, it's completely open.  It's a yahoogroup calle nvc-parenting.  I also receive a weekly email from the NVC folks on parenting.  I'm not sure exactly where I signed up for it, I think it was at puddle dancer press, but I'll double check.

I also just heard about this free course which begins this week:
