The new food chart (plate with milk in a cup up above) that's out this week is reminding me of a graphic I once clipped from a hard-copy of Mothering a few years ago.  I have since lost it, but would really love to find a copy again.  It showed a whole/traditional foods approach to what should be on your plate at each meal, and included a side of fermented foods (I think).  Is this ringing any bells?  Does anyone have a copy or know if it's posted on Mothering.com anywhere?  (I've searched, but couldn't find it.)
