Have you always been able to express small drops of milk, or did you milk seem to dry up entirely & now you're getting drops again?  If it's new, then you should see your doctor.  There are hormone conditions that can cause you to start producing milk, so your doc will probably recommend bloodwork to check.  If you've always still had some milk production, it's likely totally normal.  Some women do report being able to express small amounts of milk even years after weaning.  If you're very sensitive to nipple stimulation, then simply expressing every few days to "check" if there's still any there may be enough to keep your body producing those drops.  You might want to avoid ANY nipple stimulation for about 6 weeks (including w/ sexual activity, shower spray on your nipples, washcloth or sponge, etc), wear a snug-fitting bra during that time possibly even at night, and see what happens.  If you still have milk, then again, probably a doctor's visit to discuss trying something like birth control pills or other medications that can impact milk production.
