Those of you who rely on FAM/NFP, help me convince DH it is a valid option!

For religious/health reasons, I am determined to use NFP after this baby is born, however, my DH is VERY skeptical about its effectiveness.  I've done a lot of investigating but haven't kept all of the stats handy, and was wondering if anyone out there does have them ready?  Especially independent, objective stats, and not just those from people who have an "agenda" (not that I don't have an agenda myself in using NFP).  Also, personal experiences with NFP/FAM and how it has worked (or not worked and why) for you would be great.  Oh, and one last thing...does anybody know if there are NFP/FAM resources available in Spanish?  My husband is not especially fluent in English, and I think it would help convince him if he could learn about the different methods and how they work in his own tongue.  Thank you all very much!

Maybe take and NFP course together.  A lot of men, when they see how it works and that it is working, they are more open to the idea.  He can also look at the statistics himself instead of just hearing it from you.  I know CCL has some Spanish-speaking teachers.  Search for them here.  I believe they have also translated their manual into Spanish, so if you cannot find an instructor, you might be able to order the manual and learn the method that way.  Creighton also has some Spanish-speaking instructors.  Check One More Soul to search for NFP instructors/physicians.
