Having a physical "test" to aid in diagnosis would be great and could help differentiate between diagnoses with similar symptoms and could keep providers from delaying diagnosis due to age. I've also come across several UK moms who are put off getting their children to a specialist because of their child's age, and that a trial of behavior management is normally required before a referral is even made.
