Happy Heinys - leaking?

Thread Starter

I just bought a batch of new Happy Heinys, which I like for their XL sizing on my chunky boy, but I find that they are leaking.  The white fleece sticks out a bit from the colored diaper at the seams, so when the fleece is wet, my furniture is getting wet.  Maybe the diapers are actually a bit too big on him?  Any advice?  thanks.

if you can see the white fleece when diaper is on, then you need to work with the elastic on the legs a bit to get it to roll inwards. Your fit is likely ok, but I know I have the same problem with my HH's if I (or DH) isn't careful to make sure the fleece is only on the inside.

it is why I don't use HH often; I prefer the bumgenius and other brands (and even WAHM) diapers where the diaps are sewn so the fleece can't roll out. Not to say that HH aren't good diapers; they fit well and I like them fine, but the way the elastic on the legs is done, could be better.

this is the inside of HH:

500

this is the inside of BG: 500
