Fertility Clinic - What to Expect?

Well, I have tried 5 cycles to lengthen my LP with NPC (which worked 6 1/2 years ago for my pregnancy with DD but I was 29 then, a ripe ol' 36 now ). I plan on calling our local fertility clinic tomorrow to make an appointment.

Anyway, what should I expect for the initial visits? Is it simply just a bunch of tests or do they try some things out from the get go? Or is it really just an individual experience for everyone?

At the clinic I go to, the first appointment is a consultation only.  My husband and I had to complete a very detailed health & fertility form before the consultation.  The doctor ordered a fsh test and went over our options for moving forward.  We just finished the first cycle with Femara and IUI and I'm in the 2 WW.  I like my doctor, and the whole process has been very positive so far.  I feel much stronger now that I'm in the capable hands of specialists.  Hope this helps.
