Yoyonana, please do not be discouraged! 7 DPO is SO early! The embryo may not have even implanted yet! And everyone's body does pregnancy differently. Some of us are hit with crippling nausea right after implantation. Others have no symptoms until several weeks in and others have hardly any symptoms their entire pregnancy! Many pregnancy symptoms are similar to normal PMS symptoms, too, so it's easy to drive yourself crazy wondering what's going on. Definitely join the 2ww thread and hear what other women are experiencing.

The only pregnancy where I had any early symptoms at all was my first, and the first symptom was a weird bleeding pattern when I expected my period. The next symptom was sore breasts a week later, so 3 weeks post ovulation. A couple of weeks later, I started having serious food aversions.
Â
My second pregnancy I had tons of bleeding that I thought was my first PP period but turned out to be a pregnancy (possibly a twin-miscarriage, considering how heavy/long the bleeding was).
Â
My third pregnancy I KNEW I had ovulated and then ... nothing. No period, negative HPTs up to 21 DPO -- I convinced myself I had been mistaken and hadn't ovulated at all. Took another HPT at 28 DPO because I always took a test once a week since the first time I got pregnant without a regular period, and lo and behold I had been pregnant all along (confirmed by ultrasound).
Â
This pregnancy I also had zero symptoms. My period was still irregular from nursing. I had been testing every week until I thought my period came back, but after two cycles it stopped. I ran out of tests, bought a new batch before a planned road trip where I was planning to consume huge amounts of caffeine and was totally flummoxed to see two lines -- it really was a "just in case" POAS. First symptom was exhaustion maybe 7-8 weeks in, along with a serious decrease in milk supply.
Â
In other words, no symptoms does NOT mean no pregnancy.
