on Zulily. They have Oahu (black, gray, and blue) and Rose (black, gray, and pink... their pic on Zulily is not of the Rose cover). I've ordered from Zulily before, and I've always been pleased. Shipping usually takes a couple of weeks, but usually the savings make it well worth the wait.
