not_telling - dh & I were just discussing that tonight. I haven't been having red meat for a few weeks now (but my nutritionist just changed this) & I often am on the low end so it is altogether possible I'm low. If the red meat doesn't help I'll add a supplement again (but with my current constipation level I'd like to avoid that!).
emma (& others) - do you think one of those "supportive pregnancy belts" would help with the pain? I feel like if I walked around with my hands holding my belly it would be better.
