Here is a link to my charts.  You can scroll back to the first few cycles, which were post-pill cycles (I'd been on it for about 6 years) and see how long they were, with delayed ovulations and short-ish luteal phases.  But, my body did eventually remember how to do things on its own, and I have a DD and a DS now.

I was on the pill for years and started charting shortly after stopping.  My LP's were on the short end and fluctuating more than 2 days and I had some erratic temps, but I was ovulating right away.  Once I got used to charting and was ready to TTC, I started taking vitamin B6 to help my LP elongate and conceived after 4 months of TTC and one very early m/c.  Every women is different.  Some are fertile immediately others take upwards of a year to regulate.  My cousin took about 3 months to regulate and another 6 or so to conceive.

Do you chart?  It could be very helpful for you during this time to see exactly what is going on with your body.  You will be able to see if you're ovulating, how long your LP is, if it appears your progesterone is still fluctuating, and how your cervical fluid is going.  The pill also dries up your CF so that's something else that often needs a bit  of time to normalize.  If you want help getting going with charting, you've come to the right place!  Just ask!  thumb.gif
