Hi all, so I usually have a chart that looks like a seismic graph of an earthquake post O. I have gotten 98.2 for my past 5 of 7 temps. There was one 99 which I would tend to disregard, since I had an emergency at 3:30 a.m. and took my temp at 5:15 after being up for two hours. If anyone has any insights, I would LLOOOOOOVE to hear them. Thanks!

Check the battery (if you use digital) on your thermometer. Often a low battery results in flat temps. Otherwise, I don't think it is a bad thing winky.gif It does seem like you have a pretty clear temp shift even with the 2 crazy spikes/dips. Good luck!

With the spike and dip I don't think something is likely wrong with your thermometer, but it's a good point to keep in mind.  I often get the same temp in several times in a row, but not every cycle.  A lot has to do with consistency- consistency of sleep, temp taking time, room temp, stress level, etc.  Maybe things have been more consistent lately (minus the emergency)?  Are you TTC your first or are you still regulating from a previous pregnancy?  The latter certainly could account for more erratic temps that start to normalize more each cycle.

As for your chart in general I'd say your coverline may not be as accurate as it could be if you had taken more temps earlier on in your cycle.  Disregarding CD16's temp, your CL would be around 97.4, keeping that dip on CD24 well above the CL.  I would mark CD22 as a disturbed temp and add a note so you remember why that temp is so high.  Odd about all the OPK-'s you got, but otherwise, your O spike looks great as does your LP.

Thank you both so much! I think will replace the battery tomorrow just to be on the safe side. Jaimee - TTT # 1.  I wish I had more early temps, it will be constant from here on out. All those negative opk's really bummed me out, so I think I will do one both morning and afternoon next cycle, in case I am missing the LH surge.

ETA: 98.4 this morning! (Wednesday 6/15)

What kind of OPK's are you using- the kind that gradually darkens or the straight +/- kind?

I was using the clear blue early digital, with a empty circle/smiley face

Ah, I would suggest using the other type next cycle- the  strips that gradually darken as the LH builds.  It may be easier to see the surge coming and catch that peak day.
