Advertisement surrounding MDC display?

I have what I think is an "Eggland's Best" advertisement on either side of my screen when I first enter MDC.  It's a similar format to something MDC was advertising a while back-Hyland's something or other, I think.  Anyway, can i get rid of it?  Under the best of circumstances i find the new format difficult and cluttered, and this advertisement makes it entirely worse.

It's a site skin ad that is placed on the entire site. It's not integrated into the forums alone so that we can control who sees it and who does not. We've requested that the platform software developers make it a usergroup opt out so that Supporter Members have the option to remove a site skin ad.
