Is there such a thing as sugar withdrawal? I've started the 10 days of real food challenge and you can't have white flour or any sweetener other than honey or molasses. I'm on day 3 and I felt so out of it and shaky today. I'm not getting sick and I had plenty of protein fat and unrefined carbs so sugar is the only thing I can think of.
