Does anyone have a Berkey water filter and some pH test strips or litmus paper? Our municipal water is acidic (between 5 and 6), and I'm wondering if the Berkey has the potential to raise the pH of water. I know it doesn't have the capabilities of a water ionizer to purposefully change the pH, but I wonder if by simply filtering out acidic components the water pH will be higher after going through the Berkey as opposed to before.

Thanks!Â
