Help me mamas!Â
Â
My son has been picking his nose since November. It's starting to drive me nuts. We've been to the doctor, and there's nothing in there. I thought it would go away when the warm weather came, and yes, it subsided a bit, but now he's back at it again. The other day I found him sitting reading a book, and painting his face with boogies. Ick.Â
Â
At first I left it alone, thinking it was something he would work through, but my husband began telling him to stop and I guess I just followed along. It's everywhere now, at the playground, at gym class, and I am starting to lose my patience. It's an issue of picking up germs from others, and of course getting his own boogies all over everything else. I have provided him with a nice little basket of soft cloth tissues (old cut-up tee shirts) and told him how to blow his nose and what not, and for what it's worth, we neti about 3x a week.Â

What ese can I do? Has anyone been here?Â
