Woman Centered CS Hospitals

Here is a list of hospitals around the country that I have found so far that will allow woman centered cs including allowing the mother to hold baby while still in the OR.  Please add to the list if you have found others :)

Fort McMurray, Alberta Canada

Hendricks County Hospital in Danville, Indiana- Possibly 

Memorial West, Pembroke Pines, FL

Brandon Hospital, Brandon, FL

Maimonides Med Center, Brooklyn NYC, NY- with midwives from Brooklyn Birthing Center

Lower Bucks Co hospital in Pennsylvania has never done one, but has expressed a willingness to try
