UPDATE: it went away after a couple of days not sure what it was still never saw a doctor i was if it didn't go away by yesterday but in the morning i woke up feeling alot better, could even stomach some soup thank you all

so i have been experiencing some abdominal pain since yesterday morning around 10am ish, i'm not sure what is causing it or if i should see a doctor (i do not have insurance or the money to go to one) it feels like i have alot of gas in my belly that is really painful and won't come out. i am also experiencing back pain from this. I am not constipated and it doesn't burn when i pee. i would say the pain is about a 5 or a little more. it has gotten better a little an then gone back to worse through out the day. last night  i threw up my dinner.  i have tried, probiotics, kombucha and even gas x nothing seems to be helping. any idea what this could be. or should i suck it up an head to the emergency room?

You may have appendicitis if:

  • You have pain in your belly. The pain may begin around your belly button.
  • The pain in your belly gets stronger and moves below your belly button on your right side (the lower right quadrant camera). This is the most common place to feel pain when you have appendicitis.
  • The pain does not go away and gets worse when you move, walk, or cough.
  • You have pain in any part of your belly or on your side.
  • You feel nauseated or throw up a few times. You also may not feel like eating.
  •  You have constipation, back pain, a slight fever, or a swollen abdomen.

If this is in the lower part of the abdomen, it could be an ovarian cyst, ovulation, or a tubal pregnancy.

If it is in the upper part of your abdomen, it could be a gallbladder attack.

It could be a kidney stone.

It could really be any number of things. If the pain is not going away and is not something you've experienced before, you should probably see a doctor.

As pp pointed out it could be gallbladder - are you burping a lot?

You could try drinking a small amount of apple cider vinegar mixed in water. This will usually alleviate pain if it is gallbladder.

Also, you could try some homeopathic Nux Vomica. 3 pellets under tongue for a few times til pain and nausea subside.

Parasitic infection is another possibilty, though usually you see loose stools with that as well.

If you haven't, maybe look up symptoms of gallbladder and see if they fit.

Good Luck!
