Sprouted wheat

On a whim I sprouted about two cups of wheat.  And now I've realized I have no idea what to do with it!  What can I do with sprouted wheat?

Well I decided to put the sprouted wheat in the warming drawer of my oven to dry it out.  Dh smelled it and said it smelled like Ovaltine.  :)  Apparently I made malt!  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Malt  Cool!  We have ground it into flour.  Now I need to figure out what to do with malt flour. :)

I had about 2 to 4 tbsp to a batch of whole wheat bread

 

I also put it on ice-cream
