DS (26mo) had a fever for two days (101-104), threw up twice the first day, and laid around. Two days later he is mostly normal (running around, jumping, chattering), but has a cough, runny nose and is super whiny. Does that ring a bell for anything to you, just regular virus?  By watching him, it doesn't appear that his throat is sore and he's not really complaining of anything hurting. I don't feel compelled to call his doc at this point but just wanted to ask here.
