Orthodontist in the general Vancouver Area

Hi,

I was told that my 7 yr old needs to see an orthodontist very soon. Within the next few months, actually. I am looking for a gentle child orthodontist in the Greater Vancouver area, as I live in Burnaby. I am originally from Germany and remember that my cousin had braces that she only had to wear at night and could take out during the day, like our retainers, and I am wondering if something like that exists here.

Dr. Terrence Bianco in Port Coquitlam is very good.  I worked for him many years ago and he is very up to date in terms of treatment and is very good with children.
