Really it's a matter of do you have the money? Or do you want to spend it on a new seat. Personally I would leave dd#1 rfing as long as possible ( I would leave all my kids rfing for as long as possible) So in your case I would buy dd#2 a new seat, however how much room does dd#1 have in height rfing? My dd grew out of rfing in height long before she did in weight? Just a thought to check.

But if you can't buy a new seat financially right now, I would move dd#2 into dd#1's seat and put dd#1 in dd#2 seat ffing! Leave your dd#3 for a minute until you need the new seat for her!
