Slightly OT: Is anyone else watching 19 Kids and Counting?  I'm hoping some of Michelle's fertility will come through the screen to me.  lol  Anna (the oldest son's wife) is about to give birth to their son at home!  It's pretty cool!  :D

BubbleMa...   I do like the show, but sometimes it causes some nasty stirrings of jealousy to roil in my tummy.

Thanks for the new thread! I think by the end of today this will be CD1 for me :(...

I hear that!  However, they're fantastic parents and seem to really cherish every single child.  I get the most upset when I see people who don't even enjoy being parents and act like their children are a burden...and yet they keep having more!  I know a woman who just found out she's pregnant (accident).  She seems very annoyed and inconvenienced by the whole thing.  She's constantly talking negatively about it...that really hurts my heart.  Like, why couldn't that baby have come to us.  :(

You're welcome.  Don't give up yet, it ain't over 'til the fat lady sings.  That should be motto of this thread. lol

BubbleMa...   Yeah, I agree.

Tantylynn...   I'll likely be joining you soon.

I can't stop obsessing, guys.  This sucks.  I am having trouble going to sleep at night wondering what my temp will be in the morning.  irked.gif  8DPO.... must wait it out.  Must stop thinking about it.  Grr.

Brichole, I was getting 7-9 day LPs until I started using a natural progesterone cream (wild yam) during my LP. Last month was 11.5 days!

Another high tempt today, and another bfn. 11dpo, still too early? Losing hope...

I have another high day too (highest yet)!  I took a test with FMU this morning, thinking maybe I could see the tiniest hint of a line, and nothing.  But I realized before I took it that it is the PINK handled Wondfo tests, which apparently aren't supposed to be effective until AFTER missing AF.  *headdesk*  I ordered them from Amazon a few months ago, and apparently they sent me the wrong ones - were supposed to be the Early Detection ones.  Plus - the OPKs they sent me in the same pack were complete duds - I got very clear, obvious positives on CBE digital OPKs when the control lines barely even showed on the Wondfo OPKs.  Ugh.

Should I wait til tomorrow to test again, or run out and get some Dollar Tree tests? dizzy.gif

Filiadeluna...   It's always better to test with FMU, so run to the dollar store if you want, but don't use the test until tomorrow. LOL

Sunflwrmoonbeam...   I wish the natural progesterone cream had worked to extend my LP, it didn't do anything for me. I am now wondering if the fact that it did not lengthen my LP, means that I do not have a progesterone problm.

AAM...   Off to spend half the day with first graders!!! Yay!!!

Hi everyone! Thanks for the new thread BubbleMa! I'm hoping "This is it" for lots of us!!!

Just checking in. I have a Dr. appt this morning and should be getting some of my hormone work back. We are leaving to go camping today so I may not get a chance to check in again. I'm trying to remain hopeful even though my chart doesn't look promising. If I don't talk to you all again today I'll check in Wed morning after I test! That is if there's no AF...

good morning (here, anyways) guys. thanks for the new thread bubblema.

So I never got a positive OPK. Saturday evening I had the darkest line, which was less than half as dark as the control, then Sunday morning it was a bit lighter, then Sunday evening the line was completely gone (I took 3 OPKs on Sunday evening because I just couldn't believe it). This has never happened to me before, where the OPKs started getting dark and then just stopped before I got a fully positive line. Additionally I had NO cm yesterday after having EWCM on Friday and Saturday. I was so discouraged by the whole situation that DH and I couldn't do our scheduled BD last night... we tried and it just didn't work... at all... I think I transmitted too much of my negativity to him and he couldn't finish, and I wasn't into it at all so we gave up.

Clomid seems to be creating more problems for me instead of solving my problems. Last month I started spotting at 5DPO, probably because of the Clomid, and now I'm having issues with ovulation. I have NEVER had any issues with ovulation before. I have never been on CD18 and not yet had a + OPK.

Thanks for the new thread!

grouphug.gif I think this is in order for everyone right now.

AFM: I got a high on the clearblue fertility monitor yesterday and today so I am hoping that I O pretty soon and don't have another long cycle.

Sourire - hug2.gifWait until tomorrow to see if your temp goes up. Maybe you just missed the surge? At this point it doesn't look like you have O'd yet. In that case I would expect another patch of EWCM to come your way soon and for your body to try again. Maybe you are experiencing the "lack of CM" side effect too? I know how hard it is to think you are gearing up to O and then it doesn't happen. Story of my life. It's worse than a BFN almost because you feel like all you need is the chance. I hope your day gets better soon!

AFM - also I had this dream where I got a BFP on 3 different tests. One was a test that DH had to pee on. He got a BFP for me! Then I peed on it too to confirm the result... headscratch.gif

I will look into trying that out then.  I know that my body is still trying to get back into the swing of things because it has only been almost 7 months since i had Emma.  I am encouraged more than i use to be though BECAUSE my cycles have gone from 45 day cycles to 21 to 26 day cycles....so I guess that beats what it use to be!!!  Now to improve that LP lol.  At least me and DH are enjoying our BDing sessions.  I'm trying not to obsess over it like i use to and just go with the flow.  He's still in limbo on if he thinks having a third child is a good idea, but i think once we see those 2 lines on a test he'll be as excited as he was when we found out last year about emma.

Sourie:  I just wanna send out HUGS!!! it's so frustrating when your body does stupid stuff that we can't explain!

filiadeluna: I was able to get a + on a $tree test last year at 10dpo...but wasn't able to get a + on the same kind of test at 9dpo...so i would at least wait until 10dpo...just so you don't discourage yourself for taking a test too early!!!!  (i did that the cycle i got pregnant with my youngest)

afm: I got a + opk last night so me and DH should be covered once we get another bd in tonight and tomorrow lol (he's LOVING the fact that DD#2 is finally going to bed at a decent time and sleeping thru the night).   I'm really praying that the LP holds out...even if we don't get pregnant this month.

Sourie - I hope it's just a case of missing the surge. Hugs to you.

Thanks for starting this thread and for adding me to the 2WW, BubbleMa! When I was TTC DS I didn't use OPKs and had no idea you could use them as a pregnancy test! Do you use them before you'd use a traditional pregnancy test? I realize that they wouldn't be fully positive' but might seeing even a faint line on an OPK indicate possible pregnancy and thus hope!?! Yes, I am going crazy and would love to know now!
