Looking for playgroup/friends in poconos

I am new to poconos,pa and looking for playgroup for my 3 year old daughter. I am from Florida originally, although we moved up here about 3 years ago, and due to where we lived previously, have had a hard time making friends. Any help or advice is greatly appreciated. Also looking for friends for myself. Thanks.

Where about's in the Poconos are you?  I live in Scranton, have a 2 1/2 year old and would be up for playdates depending where you're at.  There are also Holistic Moms Network chapters in Wayne County and Wyoming Valley.  That might be a good way to meet some women.  I'm a member of the Wyoming Valley one, which meets in Kingston, near Wilkes-Barre.  The only ped recommendation I have is Dr. Joan Greulick in Dallas.  She's good and very willing to work with you on an alternative vax schedule and doesn't get pissy if you don't vax.  Can't help with anything out in the Poconos per say.
