I can't believe I'm even asking this, since I feel like I should know what I'm doing by now, but I need ideas. Â I am so incredibly tired this pregnancy. Â I'm 8 weeks right now. Â I have to go to bed by 8pm every night and I can't drag myself out of bed before 7 or 8 in the morning. I've given up coffee since it completely grosses me out. Â I haven't had any in more than a week, so I don't think my exhaustion is do to that any more. Â I am drinking black tea, but only a little. Â Yesterday I had a lot of diet cokeÂ
 and as a result had enough energy to put together a rather impressive father's day dinner.  But, I'd rather not run on soda, yk? Â

I'm taking a prenatal, B supplement, fish oil, Vit C, Cal/Mag, and a probiotic - but I haven't been great about making sure I get them all everyday. Â I'm thinking of giving Floradix a try to see if that helps. Â

My youngest is 2yo, so it's been a while since I've been pregnant and I only had 1 period between that pregnancy and this one. Â My 2yo is still nursing, but only a couple of times a day. Â

I'm reasonably healthy, and though I've been too wiped out to get much exercise lately, I do usually get plenty.Â

I just can't figure it out. Â I'm always tired in the first trimester, but I don't remember it ever being quite this bad. Â Maybe I'm just too old for this now!

Anyway, any thoughts you may have would be really appreciated.
