Baby can't tolerate beans- try sprouting?

Has anyone tried sprouting their beans before cooking them? My diet is so restricted right now due to all of the things that give DD belly pain, I'm desperate to add something back in. Someone suggested that sprouting beans changes their chemistry, making them more digestible. Has anyone tried this?

I haven't but may I suggest soaking oats or other grains? It works great for lots of babies. Use an equal amount of water and grains (i usually do oats) with 2 tbls yogurt or other cultured product and soak overnight. Cooks normally

Thanks Mommy212. Fortunately, grains happen to be one thing DS tolerates. Although I may try sprouting some just for the heck of it.
