Has anyone seen or used this Butterfly pattern?

I just came across this on Etsy and it looks brilliant, but I wanted to check and see if any of you wonderful ladies have any experience with it. The main concern I have with AIOs is that they might not get as clean as other diapers. My main concern with this diaper is that the wings might try to creep out while it's being worn.

I'm expecting and most of my used fitted diapers from my last babe will need to be replaced, so I'm looking at sewing quite a few diapers. 

What do you think ladies?

That pattern looks really cool!  Would be interested to hear how it sews up if you decide to try it.
